I adopt a holistic approach to treatment, understanding that an individual's issues are multifaceted, with culture often playing a significant role. I strive to provide care centred around you, the client — recognizing there is no one-size-fits-all solution.

What works for one person may not work for another. Therefore, I choose therapeutic modalities based on what you feel comfortable with, rather than what I am most familiar with.

Modalities may include:
